Aria, Aaother AI robotic marvel was showcased in the recent 2025 Ces ofLas Vegas, a premiere technological firm of America known as Realbotix has developed a magnificent sex robot by the name Aria.
This revolutionary mechanic human like robot is almost capable of depicting human emotions and ready to make the conversation really rich. Aria that is encased in a decent and suave looking leather comes at a steep price of Rs 1.5 crore (USD 175000) which is too high for a boot.
Andrew Kiguel, the CEO of Realbotix, said that the robot is designed to fight loneliness and make AI companions very nearly indiscernible from real people. “We are doing it at a level that no other company is doing,” Kiguel said to Forbes.
He said: “It can be as binary as remembering who you are and then interact like a boyfriend or girlfriend.” The mechanics of it, if you have seen the recent movie Her, it’s what we are attempting to achieve here. Kiguel also mentioned that Realbotix has made it their business to ensure that they design facial expression in robots, so that they will feel like they have emotions.
While players such as Tesla Motors focus its effort in creating robot capable for walking, Realbotix has decided to focus just in facial section.
Aria was put in the center of the tech convention and many people came just to see her perform and take pictures. He was a gem that gathered a lot of attention following a video where she mimicked human expressions.
While some of the viewers were enthralled by the idea others get a creepy feeling from the idea. It again attracted varied responses while some users said that Aria looked almost real, others commented it was lowkey creepy.
Aria herself, equipped with RFID technology, shared her purpose with CNET: Hence the tag line: My aim is to participate in meaningful discussion and make human interactions and fun more productive. She also showed intentions to work together with other robotic construct like Tesla’s Optimus Robot to work on future development of robotic structures.
Realbotix’s operating company is convinced that Aria’s flexibility, social awareness, and realistic look can revolutionize the very concept of dated companioning; however, the public is strongly polarized on the issue.
