Matthew Perry Home in LA: Anita Verma-Lallian, who is the new owner of the property said that the fires did not burn down the late Friends actor’s former home in an Instagram post on Friday.
In her message, Anita said, among other things: “We would like to thank the courageous firefighters, our wonderful neighbors and all the residents of the Palisades for assistance, hope and support during this devastating period”.
As per ‘People’, the realator Brooke Elliott Laurinkus who sold the home assisted to guard the home and douse it from any fire incidences in the natural disaster.
Having received this with many thanks and prompted by the last comment Laurinkus will also be availing his services by hosting anyone that maybe in need of a temporary shelter during this period , Anita remarked; this comes after thanking Laurinkus for ‘staying relevant and updating us on all that is going down’.
She encouraged her followers to possibly fund the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation. She posted “Our thoughts remain with everyone affected by this tragedy, and we hope that uniting we can heal, protect and rebuild what’s been lost.” ”The Palisades are a very special part of the world for us”
The 1969 born movie producer and real estate developer managed to purchase the whole building in an off market transaction one year after Mathew Perry’s death.
She shared the news on her IG page and stated that she’d be using the house for vacation purposes on October 31, 2024.
In the caption, she promised to respect the actor’s ‘happiness’ because he is the new owner of the home. “We decided to pay tribute to the aspects of the previous owner’s life that were happy, the amazing talent, the joy which he brought to many”, – she wrote. “It was not like we had a particular affection for the previous owner; it was more of buying the home as we liked the house”.
