The Iran foreign minister announced that their officials would operate between Islamabad and New Delhi for the purpose of improving diplomatic relations between both countries.
According to the Article published by PTI on Friday Seyed Abbas Aragchi mentioned Iran’s preparedness to help develop better India-Pakistan relations after the Pahalgam terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir.
The Iranian government minister expressed on X that Iran upholds fraternal ties with its Indian and Pakistani neighbors based on their long-standing cultural historical bonds. Similar to all other countries we place our neighbors at the front of our priorities.
The Iranian government possesses the capacity to facilitate better understanding between India and Pakistan through its diplomatic engagement with both countries as the wisdom of Persian poet Saadi teaches.

Aragchi posted a quotation from the poet which asserts: “Human Beings are members of a whole In creation of one essence and soul If one member is inflicted with pain Other members uneasy will remain.”
Iran’s diplomatic authorities condemned the Pahalgam terrorist attack because they considered it violated every international standard of law and human rights protection.
The foreign ministry spokesperson emphasized regional and international alliance against terrorism while seeking justice for those behind violent acts.
The Pahalgam attack led to rapid deterioration between India and Pakistan.
A planned terrorist attack on visitors at Pahalgam killed 26 people which generated quick deterioration between India and Pakistan neighbors.
The Resistance Front (TRF) proclaimed responsibility for the assault which used LeT as its proxy entity since the group remains condemned in Pakistan. This operation became the most fatal in the region since 2019.

On April 27 the Indian ministry of external affairs through a press statement announced the cancellation of all valid Indian visas granted to Pakistani citizens.
India made a decision to put the Indus Waters Treaty on hold while maintaining that Pakistani supported terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir was responsible.
Under this agreement both India and Pakistan control the water supply from the Indus River and its five tributaries. The two countries maintain information sharing through the terms of the treaty.
The action by India regarding punitive measures has led Pakistan to prohibit all operations by Indian aircraft and Indian-owned airlines within its airspace. The country has taken a complete trade embargo against Pakistan.
