Indian Defence News: An organization claiming to be the ‘Pakistan Cyber Force’ a team of pakistani hackers located in Pakistan has declared that it obtained sensitive material through its penetration of Indian defensive institutions. The group announced its capabilities by stating it broke into the Indian Military Engineering Services together with the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses and multiple other websites. These alleged attacks happen during a time when Indian-PAK relations have become more strained following the Pahalgam attack.

Indian Defence News About Pakistani Hackers Claim

Official Indian authorities have not yet confirmed the extent of this security breach but their management sources have seen this evidence. Official statements indicate that intruders managed to obtain personel details consisting of defence personnel login information and other personal information.

The senior leaders from Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses stated through ANI news agency that their website did not undergo a hacking incident.

    pakistani hackers

Pakistani Hackers: The attack group posted on their X account that they gained unauthorized access to personnel data with defense login credentials of Indian defense personnel which led cybersecurity agencies to launch immediate investigations.

Along with the data breach the group attempted an attack on the official website of Armoured Vehicle Nigam Limited which is a PSU company under MoD. Operating officials identified the defacement incident which displayed both the Pakistan flag and the Al Khalid tank on the website.

The official website of Armoured Vehicle Nigam Limited was removed from public view for detailed auditing because defense officials needed to determine both the scope of damage from the attempted defacement as well as verify website stability.

Active cyberspace monitoring is conducted by cybersecurity experts and agencies to detect more cyberattacks including those which originate from Pakistani threat actors.

    Pahalgam attack

The cyber attack occurs while India-Pakistan relations deteriorate due to the Pahalgam attack that killed 26 people.

The Indian government initiated punitive measures by suspending the Indus Water Treaty of 1960 following the terrorist incident due to its control of water distribution between both nations.

Sponsored Pakistani Hackers Organization Conducted Second Cyber-Attack Since Pahalgam

Pakistani hackers performed unsuccessful hacking attempts on multiple Indian websites which focused on children’s digital content platforms and digital services related to veterans and welfare activities earlier during this week.

Cyber Group HOAX1337 along with National Cyber Crew targeted the Army Public School (APS) Nagrota and Sunjuwan websites using inflammatory text to mock Pahalgam terror attack victims who lost their lives in the 26 casualties.

Pakistan’s Army Chief Statement about Situation between India-Pakistan

Pakistan Army chief General Asim Munir declared that his military forces will defend the country with their full strength during the current state of tension between India and Pakistan.

General Asim Munir who serves as Pakistan’s Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) declared that his nation will use its complete military power if their sovereignty or territorial standards face threats.

General Asim Munir spoke after Pakistani terrorists suspected to have Pakistani ties fired at Pahalgam tourists in Kashmir resulting in the deaths of 26 civilians. He spoke at Rawalpindi’s General Headquarters during his meeting with participants of the 15th National Workshop Balochistan to defend Pakistan despite its commitment to regional peace according to GEO TV.

The article quotes General Munir saying that Pakistan strives for regional and global peace yet will use full military force when Pakistani sovereignty or territorial sanctity faces violations to protect national pride and public welfare.

Pakistan earlier presented evidence supporting Indian military preparations which it obtained after the Pahalgam terror attack.

Border Security Force (BSF) soldiers stand guard as tourists arrive to watch the retreat ceremony at the India-Pakistan Wagah border post on the outskirts of Amritsar on April 24, 2025. At least 26 people were killed April 22 in Indian-administered Kashmir when gunmen opened fire on tourists, security sources told AFP, in the insurgency-hit region’s deadliest attack on civilians since 2000. India blamed Islamabad for supporting violent activities across the border while implementing diplomatic sanctions that involved lowering diplomatic status and halting water agreements with Pakistan and blocking both nations’ main border checkpoint.

General Asim Munir’s Statement Disclosure About Terrorism

During his address the army commander examined Balochistan internal security issues alongside development problems which Pakistan has struggled against foreign-sponsored terrorism and insurgency since past years according to the publication.

In his statement he clarified that such terrorist organizations cause disgrace to Baloch patriots while pursuing minor secret agendas under Baloch identity slogans. General Munir emphasized that law enforcement agencies together with the Pakistan security forces will maintain their fight against terrorism through national support.

A group of terrorists launched an assault with gunfire against people at a meadow close to Pahalgam when the town served as a tourist hub in south Kashmir during afternoon hours on Tuesday and took the lives of 26 victims who were mostly tourists.

Since terrorists launched the Pulwama strike against CRPF personnel in 2019 the current Pahalgam attack remains the deadliest in Kashmir. The government has granted Indian armed forces full freedom to decide when and how they will respond through various operational combinations to the Pahalgam terrorist incident.

After the terror attack the government held an all-party meeting which earned opposition party endorsement for any state response against the attackers.
