The official extended synopsis from IMDb reads as, “The friends Haley, Grant, Paxton, Paige, Madeline and Lucas rent an old mansion to celebrate the birthday of Elise. Late at night, they run out of beer and decide to look for a house.
They find a closed door and Lucas breaks the door, finding collectable items stored inside. They bring a tarot box with a painted deck of cards to the living room and Haley does the readings of each one. They return home, and soon Elise and Lucas die the way Haley had foreseen in the cards. Haley searches the Internet and finds the name of Alma, who is a specialist in tarot.
She tells the story of the Astrologer, who cursed the tarot deck of cards in the Eighteenth Century after the murder of her daughter by a powerful man that she had read the fate of his beloved pregnant wife.
Further, she says that their only chance might be destroying the deck of cards. Paige rents the mansion again and they head to the house. But the Astrologer is following them.”
