According to ARY News, Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) Secretary Jay Shah may meet the officials of International Cricket Council (ICC) and Pakistani Cricket Board (PCB) chief Mohsin Naqvi in order to end the impasse over Champions Trophy. India remained very vocal that they will not be going to Pakistan for the tournament and PCB has remained on their stand that they will not be switching to a ’hybrid’ model.
as per the report, Jay Shah will speak with the ICC officials during his Dubai visit & on the other hand, Jay will speak on telephone with the Naqvi, hopefully may try to find a possible solution to the present crisis.

Earlier on Thursday the Pakistan Cricket Board PCB announced the appointment of Sumair Ahmad Syed as the Chief Operating Officer of the champions trophy even as confusion continues over the holding of the event early next year.
In a statement from the PCB, chairman Mohsin Naqvi reaffirmed the board’s position that they will stage the entire tournament in Pakistan.

Earlier, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had written to the International Cricket Council that they do not want their Indian cricket team to tour Pakistan for the 50-over tournament, which the ICC has communicated to the PCB.
There was a photograph of Naqvi and Syed writing in his CV’S recommendation, while complimenting Naqvi for his account of me describes him as an “exceptionally Organised Professional”.
