Bengaluru techie: A 34-year-old software engineer of Bhatapudi Ghaziabad, UP and presently working in Bengaluru committed suicide by consuming poison at his house Manjunath Layout. The man was identified as Atul Subhash who left a 24-page document accusing his estranged wife and her kin for harassing him, according to the police.
Working in a private firm in Bengaluru, Subhash wrote a note explaining the poverty he witnessed For instance, the note was 4 handwritten pages and 20 typed ones long. He started it with the words, “Justice is Due” and accused his wife, her mother, brother and uncle of harassing him stating continuous marital strife as a reason for it. In his very haunting message left for me, Subash told me of his encounters in a family court in Uttar Pradesh , in which his wife and her kin had filed cases against him. He listed some of the allegations and demands made against him, including:

In the complaint, the lost brother of Subhash claimed his wife and her relatives have “filed false cases against him and demanded a settlement of Rs 3 crore to resolve such cases.”

He also declared that his ashes should not be buried until his alleged harassers have been arrested and brought to book; if that cannot be done, they should be thrown in a gutter outside the court in a show of protest.
He then told them that no one from his wife’s family should be allowed to come near his body. He also appealed that the family should be protected from fake legal cases once he is gone without a doubt. He also banned his family members not to meet his wife or any family member related to her without camera or evidence of meet. He told them simply that, if necessary at all, they should only encounter his harassers in the presence of the public.
He also said that there should be a judicial investigation against the judge who handled his case and a man he named Madhav should also be investigated. He also accused all these people including his wife framing him.
The video posted by Atul later and which has now become viral depicted his anger towards the legal procedure and also an apology to the parents for the suffering he caused them because of his extreme action.
