1.The Beatles :-
The Beatles music band was started in 1960 and they performed till 1970.The Beatles is the second name of the band the first name of the band is The Quarrymen.This band is made in Liverpool. This music band was made by John Lennon at the age of sixteen (16). John Lennon and Paul McCartney are the co-leaders of the band The Beatles’s genres are Rock, Beat, Pop and Psychedelic.The band’s labels are Parlophone, Capital, Apple.In 1971, the Beatles won the academy award for best original song score.
2.Led Zeppelin :
Led Zeppelin made in 1968 in London. Jimmy Page, A session guitarist who was London based, joined The Yardbirds, and took the place of Paul Samwell – Smith and then very soon Jimmy got the position of lead guitarist in the band.
7 July 1968, The Yardbirds performed their last gig at Luton college of technology. Led Zeppelin firstly performed together in August 1968 in a room below a record room. Led Zeppelin’s genres are Hard Rock, Heavy metal , Folk rock, blues Rock. They were mainly active from 1968 to 1980.Their labels are Atlantic and Swan songs. The lead members of the band are Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Bomham, John Paul Jones. From 1970 to 1975, Led Zeppelin was the biggest band in the world. This group of musicals was disbanded because one of the band members was dead in 1980, So the band members decided to disband the group in the respect of Bonham.
3. The Rolling Stones :-
This band was formed in 1962 in London. The Rolling Stones’s genres are Rock, Pop, Blues. The labels of this band are Decca, London, Rolling Stones, Virgin, ABKCO, Interscope, Polydor, Columbia, Atlantic, A&M, Geffen. There are five lead members who formed this band: Mick Taylor, Ian Stewart , Brian Jones, Bill Wyman, Charlie Watts. This band has been active since 1962.Currently, there are only three members in this group and their names are Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood.
4. Pink Floyd :-
Pink Floyd, this band was formed in London in 1965. The members of this band are David Gilmour, Nick Mason, Syd Barrett, Roger Waters and Richard Wright. This band is active but they took gaps like they were active in 1965 to 1994 and then they were active in 2005 and then 2007 and then 2013 to 2014 then they last performed in 2022.Their genres are Progressive rock, Art rock, Psychedelic, Rackspace rock and experimental rock. Their labels are EMI, EMI Columbia, Tower, Harvest, Capitol, Columbia, Sony Music, Parlophone.
5. Queen :-
This band was formed in London in 1970 and this was a rock band. This band was created by their members Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and later John Deacon join them. Their genres are Rock and Pop and their labels are EMI, Parlophone, Elektra, Capitol, Hollywood, Island, Virgin EMI. Brian May and Roger Taylor are work together before this band was formed and the name of that band was smile. This band has been active from 1970. They are currently being performed in 2024.

This band was formed in 1965 in London by Four members Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend, John Entwistle and Keith Moon. Their genres are Rock, Hard Rock, Power Pop and their labels are Brunswick, Reaction, Track, Polydor, Decca, Virgin, MCA, Warner Bros, Universal Republic, Geffen Atco.This band is still active from 1965 but they took a gap in these years. Currently, only 2 members are active and their names are Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend.
7. Nirvana :-
This band was formed in Aberdeen Washington, in 1987.This band was formed by two people and their names are Kurt Cobain and Krist novoselic. There genres are Grunge, Alternative rock Punk rock and their labels are Sub Pops and DGC. Nirvana is the best selling band of all time. They performed currently in September 2021.
8. U2 :-
This music band is an Irish band and formed in Dublin in 1976.Their genres are Rock, Alternative rock, Pop rock, Post-punk and the labels are Island, Interscope, Mercury, CBS Ireland. Members of this band are Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton, Larry Mullen Jr. This band was created when the band members were teenagers. In 2022, the group received Kennedy Center Honors for their contributions in the performing arts, making them only the fifth musical group to be so honored. Currently, there are only four members in this group: Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton, Larry Mullen Jr.
9. The beach boys :-
In 1961, this music band was formed in Hawthorne , California. This music band was formed by four members and their names are Brian, Dennis and Carl Wilson, Mike Love, and Al Jardine. Their genres are Rock, Pop, Surf, Psychedelia and their labels are Candix, Capitol, Brother, Reprise, Caribou, CBS. The former name of this band was garage band. Currently, there are only four members in this band and their names are Mick love, Brian Wilson, AI Jardine, Bruce Johnston.
10. Fleetwood Mac :-
This band was formed in London in 1967. This music band was created by four members and their names are Peter Green. Green Mick Fleetwood, Jeremy Spencer and Bob Brunning. After the first Performance of this band Bob Brunning was replaced by John McVie. There genres are Rock, Pop rock, Folk rock, Soft rock, Blues rock, Art pop, British blues and there labels are Blue Horizon, Reprise, Sire, CBS, Warner Bros, LMJS Productions. Fleetwood’s last performance was in 2021 and one of their members has died and that was Christine McVie.
