A Bihar-based primary school teacher encountered official suspension following the widespread circulation of a video clip containing swearing language when she confessed her ignorance regarding what led to her assignment as instructor in “India’s worst region”. The teacher claimed Bihar residents lacked social awareness and India exists as a developing nation because the state belonged to the national territory.
A Kendriya Vidyalaya teacher being evaluated at the time of filming expresses feelings in Hindi and English that the education facility operates across many parts of Bihar.
“I kept myself prepared to face disapproval in the Kolkata area although people showed negative sentiments toward it. I faced no difficulties while living in any region of Bengal. My friend received a posting assignment to the remote location of Darjeeling and I still cannot believe it.
The teaching position was later announced at Silchar in the northeast region and another at a dangerous station in Silchar as seen from the video. The prejudice toward me forced them to assign me to India’s most terrible region,” according to her perception.
The station locations she expressed interest to serve included Goa or Odisha along with Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh or any base in the southern part of India and Odisha.

The video segment which appears to have been recorded following her Bihar relocation starts by showing the teacher pointing out repeatedly that people in the state lack all civic awareness.
“The fact that India qualifies as a developing country exists solely because Bihar remains a national part. The Indian nation will achieve development after Bihar becomes independent from India. The teacher asserts that people lack civic awareness while conducting destructive activities to Indian Railways.”
The controversial video spread nationwide that prompted Samastipur MP Shambhavi to write an official statement to the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan commissioner about the improper comments of the teacher.
During the session the member of parliament asked for immediate disciplinary action against teaching staff Dipali Sah.
A letter from her reveals her complete disagreement toward Kisiani sahab Dipali Sah who teaches at Kendriya Vidyalaya Jehanabad Bihar. She made offensives statements about Bihar people which caused widespread viral circulation.
A teaching professional should not state such unacceptable remarks that run counter to their duty to educate students appropriately. The people of Bihar strongly suffer from this incident which breaks down trust in the institution thus needing immediate action from the officials.
The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan took immediate action against Deepali the probationary primary teacher who worked in KVS (Jehanabad) through a statement released from their Patna regional office. They applied provisions from rule 10 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965 to suspend her. The teacher must restart her position at KVS Mashrakh located in Saran district.
