A night photograph of Kedarnath Dham by the beautiful reflection of moon light and those white gleaming peaks of Himachal Himalayas has entice the Social networking site user. The calmness of the picture represents the holy temple glowing blue in the backdrop of night sky, with stars shining above.
Joining the long list of people who felt a mix of reverence and melancholy upon seeing it is, Indian industrialist Anand Mahindra. Sharing the image on his social media account, the Mahindra Group chairman expressed his admiration, stating: “It’s really hard to be a weekend tourist #Sunday This would be on my first list for today… Beauty… And…Peace.”

The Kedarnath temple which is among the four sacred sites of Hindu religion lies in the Rudraprayag district of Uttaranchal. Being one among the 12 triangular shapes of Lord Shiva it is considered sacred and forms part of the Char Dham Yatra.
