An age-old survivor fighting for life in Madhya Pradesh following a brutal rape will need 28 stitches to her private parts and a colostomy operation. Doctors said at Kamala Raja Hospital in Gwalior on Friday. Accused in the assault is a 17-year-old youth, who has been taken into custody and will be tried under provisions of Juvenile Justice Act, police said.

As per the police of Madhya Pradesh, the accused man was drunk and banged her head on a wall quite a few times before confounding her with the many acts of brutality. Head injuries aside, cuts of varying sizes were visible in her body and most of her private parts, while some bite marks were also noticed on her body.
The child has been stabilized with a complicated two-hour surgery by the doctors and is still critical. Since yesterday late in the evening, the little child is awake and conscious, but she has not uttered a word as this severe trauma was suffered by the girl on Monday.
The implanted child was still frail, and during the operation, it was extremely difficult. The girl went missing on February 23, a resident of Shivpuri of Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh. She was found after nearly two hours, lying on the terrace of someone’s house in the local neighborhood, bleeding and unconscious.
Accused wish to be hanged to death. “He should be shot with a breach in the middle of the road,” her mother said.
Protests and rallies have been orchestrated by angry mobs, locally driven by political parties.
No political walls now, whatever hat they have donned as political hats; requested instant default court and death. Leaders of the two parties- leaders of the Congress and those heading the state within the Bharatiya party- passed on their memoranda to the governing board.
