Elon Musk declared someone is set to face arrest operation for the upcoming day without disclosing any names.
Elon Musk accused Democrats of distorting the system to benefit illegal immigrants by stating that compromised social security security allows foreigners to join elections as voters.
Musk presented this information while addressing Wisconsin voters through a telephone conference on March 31.
On April 1 Wisconsin will conduct its Supreme Court election to select Brad Schimel who fights Susan Crawford for the position left vacant by departing judge Ann Walsh Bradley. Schimel receives backing from the Republican party while the Democratic party stands behind Crawford for this election.
Musk along with other affiliated organizations and his roles at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and as President Donald Trump’s senior advisor have invested $20 million to back Schimel during the judicial race.
Musk sent out checks worth $1 million each to Wisconsin voters who had tried to prevent “activist” judges through their petition efforts on March 30.
Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul as the Democrat went to court to stop the billionaire from giving checks but the court denied his request.
Musk used his X platform to convince Wisconsin voters to select Schimel during the day of the election.
The lawmaking balance of the Wisconsin Supreme Court depends on which candidate wins the judicial race because liberal members currently outnumber conservatives 4-3.
The judicial election stands as the first prominent political contest following the November 2024 presidential election in the United States.
Elon Musk’s disclosure of planned Social Security fraud arrest troubles top law enforcement officials
Senior Trump advisor and tech billionaire Elon Musk delivered a claim of upcoming arrest news during his live stream broadcast Monday night which reached more than 200 million social media followers while causing frustration to top law enforcement officials according to multiple ABC News sources.
“Yes. The Tesla CEO announced during his broadcast that an arrest was likely to happen tomorrow in reference to Social Security System fraud investigations.
During his televised event to support Supreme Court candidate Brad Schimel the billionaire executive shared these revelations through live streaming.
Through his remarks Musk described the perpetrator as a person who stole 400,000 social security numbers and personal information from the Social Security database then proceeded to sell social security numbers and complete identity details to enable others to defraud Social Security.
Musk did not specify his source of information about the planned arrest although ABC News heard from sources connected to the investigation which led to his public disclosure disrupting top state officials with knowledge of the probe.
After his work at Social Security through his Department of Government Efficiency received several weeks of federal governance this information was confirmed by Musk who stated “We certainly plan to prosecute individuals.” The government through its top law enforcement officers has started taking official steps according to the Attorney General.
Musk made these remarks following his Wisconsin rally where he stood alongside his long-time Tesla board chairman Antonio Gracias who also collaborates with DOGE at the Social Security Administration.
During their system review of the SSA the team brought law enforcement targets for prosecution to the crowd according to Gracias.
The allegations from Gracias about undocumented immigrants receiving wrong Social Security benefits and voter registration seemed unsubstantiated to ABC News since they could not verify the claims.
The system defaults across all benefit programs establish total inclusive participation along with highest remunerations but minimum revenue collection standards. That’s what’s happening. The Gracias team identified 1.3 million undocumented immigrants who are already enrolled in Medicaid healthcare benefits according to their statements.
Gracias mentioned how they analyzed voter registration databases and found immigrants from this population group had voter registrations along with identified voters who faced prosecution at Homeland Security Investigation.
Elon Musk on social security fraud
During his discussion of the security breach Musk used illegal immigration in the United States as an example to explain how undocumented immigrants may carry out voter fraud through exploiting social security number identity requirements in the US.
He explains that people who compromise the social security system can make people effectively sign up for voting rights while keeping their citizenship status hidden and access numerous benefits which they will exploit.
Musk who strongly identifies as a Republican Republican accused the Democratic party of offering financial motivations to keep undocumented migrants in the United States.
“It is pretty insane. The Democratic Party has used all public services to offer financial benefits which encourage unauthorized immigrants to stay within the United States including Social Security and disability benefits as well as Medicare and unemployment programs and tax refunds without any tax income.
It’s wild. According to him the government redirected FEMA money originally intended to help Americans from disasters to fund high-end hotel accommodations for illegal immigrants in New York City.
