Viral Post: Almost something everyone is able to relate to- whether they come from two corners of the world or not- would be the all-too-casual replies of most fathers. One’s father has to be extraordinarily ‘chattery’ to pass the routine ‘thumbs ups’ and ‘oks’ when texts are being exchanged.
A woman, going through almost the same thing as most, took to social media to showcase an uproariously chill response from her dad to her congratulatory texts, which instantly made hundreds of netizens relate with the same.
The woman explained her dad had obtained his ‘bar council license’, hence a wonderful day, before sharing it with the family WhatsApp group. That immediately lit up, and the happy daughter congratulated her father with a, ‘Very Nice! Proud of you pappa,’ to which he replied, ‘Ok!’

“Why are Indian dads like this?” the post read. “So recently my dad acquired a bar council licence to practice as a lawyer post his retirement as a banker. He is such an inspiration for me for beginning a second inning of his career. I was so happy and congratulated him for the same when he had shared his bar council registration thing on our family WhatsApp group just to get this as a reply! P.s he is a cutie,” reads further on.
