Do you remember Magenta Riddim – a track released by DJ Snake that made parties full of dance competition? I suppose the beats are still afloat then. In particular, a video that has recently appeared on the Web shows a DJ from the center of the Raipur district in Chhattisgarh performing the song in a village. The best part? It also garnered the attention of DJ Snake himself, including Pair and ‘We Are The Island’.
From the clip you will observe a local disc jokey preparing a DJ booth from truck at Gobranawapara village. When the Magenta Riddim came on air everyone in the village joins the dance and the whole scene instantly transforms into a joyful regiment. Posting on Instagram, Ankit DJ Dhumal wrote in the caption section as ‘Full Crowd gobra nawapara.
And since it was posted one week ago, the video went viral and has garnered over 9 millions views and receiving praise from social media users who watsjed the local DJ group. DJ Snake even got in on the image tagging the applause and police car light emojis in return. Siana Catherine, who is among the youngest female artist to perform with some of the world’s most acclaimed DJs including DJ Snake also replied with “Boiler room festival. ”
It would also be prohibiting the comment section which was busy reacting to the excitement. A user said, “Honestly, this reel made me happy & and I am glad to be from this country. ”
Another said, “If the homies and I are not going to be having fun like this then I don’t want to go out and have fun. ”
Many people go head over heels, all the while, another user was saying ‘This is absolutely fire’ while another user perfectly captured the energy saying ‘Correct representation of daily life – in India every day every road every drive to work is a party. ’

It did not end with hype, which included product reviews and how the product should be marketed and sold to the consumer. People continued in the night with comments such as “This is the remix we want,” “This goes hardddd” and “Indian version of Tomorrowland. ”
The video for Magenta Riddim was directed by Gal Muggia and Vania Heymann for which they shot at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad and was released on February 23, 2018 as part of DJ Snake’s second studio album, Carte Blanche. The song is written and produced by DJ Snake As per the fans’ view This The song features cameo appearances from Swedish musician, Rikard Sjöbom, and French musician, Juozas ‘Jupe’.
The script of the music video is quite twisted where DJ Snake playing the role of French elite fire force, joins the force which includes a local fire captain named Raj who can’t control himself from dancing. So while dancing through the town the firemen exhibit the safety measures and practices; and as they are shocked later they find that Captain Raj had lit the fire surreptitiously with the help of the ‘magenta riddim’ match stick and gasoline.
Some of the hit songs which associate DJ Snake are Lean On, Taki Taki, Loco Contigo, Guddi Riddim, Please Don’t Change, and Middle among others. He ranked the 9th top on the Billboard Dance 100, in the year 2018.
