    ChatGPT: US YouTuber Loses 11 kg In 46 Days Using AI-Created Plan, Shares Daily Routine

    ChatGPT: An American vlogger is becoming viral after he lost impressive 11 kgs in the 46-day triumphant experience. The noteworthy thing about the Cody Crone weight loss experience is that this person did not use fad diets or hire the personal trainers to lose weight.

    His decision was rather simple: He only used a diet and schedule that was written up by AI, namely, ChatGPT, which instructed him to slim down to 11 kgs in 46 days. A father of two, Mr Crone is a married man of the Pacific Northwest who broadcasted about his transformation through YouTube saying he was once embarrassed about his physical condition.

    He then used ChatGPT to develop a customised routine according to his interests and his life. The 56 year old started to follow a disciplined lifestyle that involved healthy dieting, daily exercise, drinking more water and sleeping at the same time. Under the advice of the AI, he changed his body, and during the 46 days, he lost 11 kgs and lowered his weight from 95 kg to 83 kg.

    He also organized a home gym with such equipment as resistance bands, kettlebells, and weight vest.

    The diet routine he took up

    His food included full of nutrients meals, such as grass-fed cows, steel-cut pancakes, jasmine rice, olive oil, and greens. He discarded processed foods, seed oils, sugar, and dairy and went with high-quality ingredients, organic, and non-hormone products.

    In order to assist his training and rehabilitation, Mr Crone included some supplements in his daily regimen, such as creatine, beta-alanine, collagen, whey protein, and magnesium.

    On the six days of the week, his routine included waking the body up at 4:30 am, working out at his garage gym, 60-90 minutes a day.

    He has managed to make sleep hygiene a priority by not using screens before bedtime, getting blackout curtains, and converting to natural bedding materials.

    He also drank a spoonful of the local raw honey before going to bed to help rest and recover. Mr Crone also focused on the exposure of morning sunlight, consumed approximately four litres of water per day (he stopped at the early evening), and was able to sleep without disturbance every night.

    He monitored his progress by taking his weight on a daily basis and ChatGPT would adjust accordingly on his program.

    Mr Crone underlined that his weight loss process did not imply drugs and medicines such as Ozempic. Rather, he concentrated on Whole foods, fluids, frequent physical activities, and good sleep. Not only has this method assisted him in getting rid of extra weight, but also led to other positive changes, such as becoming stronger and gaining muscle, decreased inflammation and joint ache, and sharper and self-assured.

    Cody disclosed that he had lost 209 lbs (95 kg) in 46 days to reach to 183.8 lbs (83 kg). He disclosed that he was once athletic but he found it physically impossible to do things he loved because of gained weight and old injuries. Then he made a individualized nutrition and exercise program, and now he is a home exercise with a dip bar, a pull-up bar, resistance bands, kettlebells, and a weight vest.
