How cars contribute to air pollution –
Vehicle emissions are very harmful to our health and our environment.Greenhouse gases are also found in the gas extracted from fule burning which is becoming a major cause of climate change in today’s time. These gases are coming out from the vehicle and spreading in the environment which is causing problems to our health and health like diseases.
When diesel and gasoline are fired, they release very harmful by-products such as nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbon benzene and formaldehyde.
Whenever fossil fuels like gasoline and petrol are used, they release harmful gases like carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and other greenhouse gases.
These gases trap heat from the sun and heat the Earth’s atmosphere, which is a major cause of climate change.
Volatile particles and particulate particles are also found in these car pollutants.
Fuel also evaporates and get released into the atmosphere which also causes pollution.
A research has revealed that three quarters of the carbon dioxide that is spreading in the atmosphere is being spread by vehicles.
The fuels used in cars or bikes, like petrol and diesel, when burnt, release such harmful substances if humans inhale them can cause problems and sometimes even lead to terrible diseases.
Some ways by which pollution spread by vehicles can be reduced –
- Drive less and drive smarter
- Drive your vehicle as clean as possible, which means getting your vehicle serviced from time to time and removing the accumulated dirty particles from it.
- Use vehicles as little as possible, walk, cycle or use government buses if possible.
- Avoid driving during rush hoursBecause during rush hour, you drive your vehicles faster, which results in double the pollution.
- Keep your car and bikes clean as much as possible and avoid excessive idling.
Ways to reduce pollution and protect the environment-
In today’s time, the environment has become so polluted, the environment has failed so much that humans are no longer even getting clean air to breathe.
Global warming is increasing day by day and the environment is getting hotter.
The biggest causes of air pollution are the smoke emitted from big industrial vehicles and excessive burning of plastic.
If we do not pay attention to the environment now and do not try to reduce global warming, then it will not take much time for the earth to show its fierce form.
If we want to save the environment, we have to take very concrete and very careful steps.
- planting more and more trees
- Use less plastic, use more jute bags.
- Separate biodegradable waste and non-degradable waste.
- Use vehicles as little as possible
- Use 3 R strategy which is Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
The government has also taken many steps to save the environment, just follow those steps as much as possible.
Treat the earth like your home and keep it as clean as you keep your house.
stay away from plastic.do not use any plastic and do not let anyone around you do so.
