On the day of independence day that is 15 august, in the box office three major films were released: Stree 2, Khel Khel Mein and Vedaa and all three of them belong to different genres. One belongs to horror comedy, while one belongs to comedy and the other one to action.

Stree 2 did really amazing on the first day.
Already engaging with the audiences and tempting them With their suspenseful trailers to their wonderful and Energetic songs that have been released already made them one step ahead and this comedy horror movie was met with a successful booking.
Stree already ended on a suspense note and people were excited for Stree 2 as it would conclude the story and bring the entertainment that the Stars Of this movie Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao bring with their awesome Chemistry.
Already on the release day stree 2 made 46 crore and their total collection as of now is 54.35 crore and they had successfully made a record to be held.
The cast has And is still being praised for the amazing performance given and all the characters bringing the movie to life with their performance.

Released On the independence day that is 15 August this action packed film has been getting praises a lot but It has still to beat stree 2 in their earnings.
John Abraham and Shravari Wagh’s Vedaa performed surprisingly well and was able to attract people to watch.
According to a report made by Sacnilk the first day release earnings of the total including All the languages were 6.52 crore.

Released On 15 August this film has been the slowest to earnings and is not getting much traction. The film stars Akshay Kumar and Tapsee Panu and all the cast members Are getting praised for the acting and the performance they delivered although the film failed to get the attention it needed.
Being a comedy drama film this film stars multiple talents and this also marks the entry of Akshay Kumar back into the comedy genre.
Although being released on the same day as veda and stree 2, khel khel Mein was not strong enough to beat the two.
But it can be seen that the seat occupancy of khel khel mein was more than that of veda but it couldn’t still beat stree 2.
According to report made by Sacnilk The total earnings made by the movie was 5 crore only.
It seems as Stree 2 even though released on same day as the other two movies, Veda and Khel Khel Mein didn’t get Affected at all instead the film soared and got a good collection on the first day and is still trending.
It seems as though releasing the 2 films on the day of release of Stree 2 was not a good idea as Stree 2 was a highly Anticipated movie that was upcoming and combining the earning of both the films is just 11 crore only which is not on par.
This was the condition of the both films when released on national holiday.
Now let’s see the upcoming weekend If the scales will tip In which side but as of now Stree 2 has beat both the films And is now trending movie Of the month.
