Raihan Vadra, the son of businessman Robert Vadra, and a congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra engages to his longtime girlfriend, Aviva Baig.
Baig is a photographer and co-founder of Atelier 11 which is a production studio and photographs studio. Her art has been displayed in a number of platforms in India.
Raihan Rajiv Vadra, at twenty five, has pursued a creative life as a visual artist and photographer, as opposed to many other members of the oldest generation in the political family in India.
His artistic life started at early years. At the tender age of seven years old, he received a camera as a present when he would go with his family on trips to National Parks as his mother was Wayanad MP, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. His interest in the medium came up as a result of frequent safaris where she also practiced wildlife photography according to The Established.

Being a child and a student in the boarding school, Raihan photographed wildlife and school events. He filmed animals with point-and-shoot cameras and camcorders when visiting Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand and Ranthambore national park in Rajasthan.
Raihan was injured when he was playing cricket in his final year of school and lost sight in his left eye in 2017. The injury compelled him to take almost two-year break in the field of photography as a result of organ strain on his right eye.
In 2019, Raihan joined the School of oriental and African studies (SOAS), the University of London where he pursued politics.
He came back to photography a year later but he first acquired assignments to make an income as a student. His rediscovery of the medium during this period was a visual change of perspective.
Raihan had his first solo show, Dark Perception, in Bikaner House in New Delhi, in July 2021. The series delved into the question of how darkness can influence perception and give one the freedom to be creative, the experience of losing vision being the suggested source of inspiration. In December 2022, he added another exhibition, Anumana.
In 2024 he had his third solo exhibition in Bikaner House in New Delhi, called Upamana. The exhibition delved into the theme of comparison through installation, sound, light, and visual arts and the themes presented included control, choice, memory, compulsion, and emotion. Upamana forms a cycle of proposed solo shows dedicated to the five schools of logic (pramanas) of Indian philosophy, the achievement of which Raihan must have a decade to accomplish.
Raihan allegedly has artists like Paul Cocksedge, Daniel Arsham, Sarah van Rij, Raghu Rai and Banksy as his followers.
Raihan, also, having been encouraged all the way by his mother, also takes inspiration in the photographic work of his grandfather, who is former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi whose images Raihan studies taking the photographs as the way to get closer to his grandfather.
